My husband and I have discussed this over and over again

But he just won’t get help for this becase he says it cost to much money to go to a doctor to have his Testorne checked
I want sex and he says I will try and has no interest in sex and no interest in kissing me that much.
He told me he would not blame me for having a affair because he is unable to take care of my needs
